About the Position Full or part time Senior Project Manager Role An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Service as a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and quality outputs for the implementation ofthe Optimal Care Pathways (OCP) Projects. The successful applicant will have Essential Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health or related field relevant to the position. Excellent understanding of best - practice project, change or qualitymanagement. Demonstrated experience of at least seven years managing successful multi - stakeholder projects or programs. Demonstrated experience in service development and re - design and the principles of quality improvement in the health system Demonstrated advanced analytical, evaluation and communication skills. Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships Current driving license and ability to be flexible with working hours and travel between sites and across the region as required Desirable Knowledge and experience in a cancer - related field Project management qualifications Understanding of primary, secondary and tertiary elements of the health system. This position is located in Bendigo. About LMICS Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Service (LMICS) is the network for cancer in the Loddon Mallee REgion region. It is funded by the DHHS to implement improvements in cancer systems and to support and facilitate improvements in the integration and co - ordination of cancer services. There are nine ICS in Victoria, including LMICS. Bendigo Health is the Host agency for LMICS. The project manager will be required to travel to sites across the region and to Melbourne as part of the role.
