Managing a team of up to 10 sales professionals, your main focus will be to achieve organic business growth while building a successful team through strong leadership and salesmanship. Reporting to the GM Sales, your key responsibilities will be Autonomy to lead and manage a team of in a B2B sales environment while delivering the company sales strategy to ensure targets are met Ownership and accountability for your your regions activity and results Achieve and exceed sales KPIs comprising of team and individual goals Management of your business unit s P&L reporting and outcomes Effectively collaborating with shared services teams (Operations, Marketing and Human Resources) to ensure your business unit is adequately equipped to achieve success Identify coaching opportunities and managing performance to create a high performing culture Proactively identify opportunities for new business development and execute change initiatives Be an advocate for our company Mission, Vision and Values About You Previous 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced sales environment essential Previous manufacturin experience in industrials, packaging or chemicals ideal Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others The ability to be strategic while also being operational working closely with all levels of the team 10 years sales and new business experience preferred Strong influencing skills Tertiary qualifications advantageous Other information Company PACT GROUP HOLDINGS LTD no - Principals only.
