About the Position Senior Manager Disability and Aged Care This is a key role in helping the company meet its ambitious growth plans while overseeing the smooth running of the day to day business. The company are looking for an individual with knowledge of the rules and regulations within the healthcare sector who can help set standards and develop policies, practices and systems within an expanding portfolio of care homes and programs. Client Details My client are one of the largest care providers in the country, servicing the country s most needy for 25 years. Description Strong managerial or supervisory experience Comprehensive knowledge of budgets and maximising incomes Someone who is understanding and passionate about older people/the most needy Ability to delegate, problem solve and prioritise workloads on a daily basis Travel around the Central Highlands region to ensure all services and programs are running smoothly Profile An experienced and influential individual who has supervised or managed staff in elderly residential care environments previously and is now looking to take the next step in their career. You will be business minded with experience of managing budgets, ensuring compliance and overseeing the recruitment and retention of staff. You must be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of standards and the Health and Social Care Act. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as is project management experience and a hands-on, focused and structured approach, able to deal with all challenges and thrive in a fast-paced and integral role.
